Anyone know that when you get a replacment saber does SF typically notify you of when it ships or does it just show up? Just curious thank you

Mine just showed up. You can message them to inquire about the status. When I asked, they provided a tracking number since it was shipped out already. Their response times to your inquiry can vary.

Thanks, I think I'll just wait it out. I might be getting on their bad side these days, best just to wait it out I suppose. You get yours in the 2 week time frame? |

Sorry, I got the packages mixed up....
I ordered my replacement order through Etsy and it did update with "Shipped" within the 2 weeks. And yes, I received my saber within the 2 weeks. It was a glimpse of what I hope their turn-around time will be in the future. The "extras" were shipped randomly without notification. That was what just showed up. .....I take it that one of your sabers was part of the batch that got stolen/lost? |

Yeah ordered last October notified end of December placed orders through etsy but then one of the staff said I couldn't get a Hero upgrade through etsy so had to order off the main site. Went from a 12w blood orange champion Consular to a 6w Red an 6w Amber hero Epoch saber. I'm looking forward to my new Saber so I can complete my Nagamaki-like saber. Friday will mark 2 weeks so every time I get home from work I hope there's a package when I get home. We'll see when it gets here. Glad you got yours. |
