I am a bit confused on this whole saberforge asp configuration... I went onto the saber parts website and created a custom saber but it looks like thats all you can do... There isnt any way to submit it to saberforge to have it made as far as i can see. I went onto saberforge and couldnt even find the parts there to buy... So what is the point of the website? Can someone explain it to me?

Originally, it was used for KickStarter, and Indegogo contributors to construct their sabers, and submit their orders. While we wait for the KS, and IGG orders to be filled, it is mainly used it to plan sabers that folks will order when the system goes live. The word we have is that, once those orders are completed, it will open to the public.

While there is no solid date for when that will happen, the estimate is a month or two to clear out the orders, and prepare for the deluge of orders that this system will bring when it become available.
Imagine what you will know tomorrow....
