I think this is the kicker. If the Prodigal Son outsells the other Thin Neck designs by a large enough margin, and if it really is just a few duds, it makes sense that all of the reported busted necks are PS sabers.
And also it's a way older model than the other thin necks. If you go back and scan through reviews on their etsy page from two and three years ago its literally prodigal son after prodigal son review. It's the model they're best known for because they were the first to mass produce a thin neck saber. I would go so far as to say the success of the prodigal son model is a large part of why saberforge went on to become a real success story.
