I want to make sure that in addition to not getting a US charger, I don't also have something wrong with my electronics.

When I got the saber earlier today I could pull the kill key, it would blink the activation button, play the boot up sound and I could play with the saber a bit. However, and I thought this was just cause of low battery, but can't actually find documentation on what happens, its doing something odd. When I pull the kill key the activation button blinks like it did, then it plays like what I am guessing is the first half second or so of the boot sound, then goes silent like its rebooting, the activation light blinks, the short sound plays, rinse and repeat.

Is this normal to the hilt with low battery or do I have two problems?

Really pretty disappointed in my saber at this point. The hilt is a solid made piece, but the electronics and the quality control are lacking it seems. Holding off on my etsy review till I see how the etsy shop handles my issues.

P.s. I have been offered the generous loan of a charger by a fellow forum member, which I will take him up on as soon as I can arrange the meeting.

I haven't had any experience with the sabercore 2.0 board (or Spark Color 2 if you have a Hero tier), but I have heard from TCSS forum members that the Nano Biscotti will start acting weird when the battery gets low, so hopefully this is the case and a charge is all it needs.

I have sent a message on to SF via Etsy about his, but for those around here is a youtube video link of what the saber is doing even after a six hour charge, and maybe one of you know what it is.

schmots, saw your other pictures Posted in Wait Begins also and just watching your Video, have you checked that the SD Card is seated properly? The symptoms and sounds coming from it are consistent to a bout of similar problems over recent times where during transit the SD becomes dislodged. Grab some needle-nose pliers and push-in SD to release, take out, re-insert until click and power on again.
**Do all of this with KK plugged in before unscrewing Pommel**, hope that works.

Thank you for the suggestion. Removing and reinserting the sd card made no change to the current operation. I did remove and reinsert with the KK inserted.

Only other thing I'd suggest (besides the obvious goto) is to Backup the SD Card (default) contents onto you PC, format SD card, and copy contents back on and try that. Going through Open Topics from 6months+ back there was a bad batch of SD Cards that created errors (I have a bunch of backup SDs for this contingency) but that was long resolved and the seating of the SD Card is more recent. The troubleshoot I mentioned in previous Post fixed Macfly's Problem. If that doesn't work then will just have to play the 'contact SFCS' Card.

That also did not work, but thank you. Now when Isha does get back to me and they ask me to troubleshoot I already have most of what they can ask done.

 Mate, hope you get the matter addressed and resolved soon.
It's entirely up to you, the final thing I can think of that will rule out the SD card is, since you made a backup onto your PC, check that all files are where they should be (in their respective folders) by comparing this to the Default files (you can download from NEC). With the two side by side (for easier identification name the two versions differently) in an unlikely but plausible scenario that files are corrupted, copy contents of new DL to SD and try that. If you have another SD to sample with would help, but that exhausts 'known' fixes.
*Know of course that I ain't no Tech Expert and if you don't feel right trying it, Don't and wait for CS to reply* :)

Just so you know I'm having the same issues with my hero exhaulted (they gave me a British charger) so I believe my batter is low too its doing the exact same thing. I already emailed them about sending me the proper charger considering I live in Iowa and they got my shipping address and no word since so I'm hoping I just get a box in the mail in week or so.

I am sorry you are also having problems, but at the same time, someone else with the same issue is a positive note, meaning its a repeatable problem in different environments.

Exactly what I thought that's why I said something. once they send me a charger I'll update you but till then I'm stuck with a dead saber I already spent so much on this I'm not overly willing to shell out another 10/20 for a converter.

I let mine charge till the light turned green. When the KK is pulled it still goes through a loop but it plays a whole second of sound instead of just a half second.

Project. Email support. I was told that's not normal and I have a return label generated to print out.
