Hi so last week I ordered a champion Gladius standard finish with viridum sound and the black leather wrap. Now Back in April I originally Ordered a Bastion but canceled it because I desided id rather save up for a great show and dueling saber and after loads of research I decided on the Gladius
 Now I ordered it with a red blade with quick connects because me and my friend wanna do a Sith master and apprentice thing but I also have a 12W indigo LED that I will probably be using the most because I love that color. I will probably even order some more colors soon but that left me with the issue of what color AV switch I wanted.Since I plan on using the quick connects I feel that a white switch is a great option because it goes with anything but I will also probably be using the Indigo blade the most and so I kinda want a purple switch but keep seeing reviews of the purple switching being more pinkish than purple. So if any of you have a purple switch please tell me how It actually looks, because If it is more pink then purple I will be going with white. Thank you

You might just keep the red AV switch. I have a Bastion on order with quick connects, and I wanted an AV switch that would go with any color blade. I requested a red one because I thought it would look like an updated version of the red buttons on the lightsabers in Episode I.

Another option would be to request an unlit AV switch.
Though if you want an illuminated one, I think that with the two colors you will be switching between a red switch would be best. |

I thought about a red AV switch. The only problem that I have with Saberforge is there are way too many options that look cool hahaha. I've been looking around trying to find examples of the switches. I know that it really wont matter much since my hands will be covering it most of the time but this is my first saber and I just want it to be perfect.
So its between white and red then. I'm still thinking about white because in case I do decide to get more colors later I want it to kinda match. Thanks for your help if you guys have pictures that could help with my decision. |
