What's the difference between the V1 and the V2? Asking for purely academic reasons since it isn't like I'm extremely tempted to order another saber at the second (please don't see through my lie). It's worth noting that when you Order the V2 PS, the entire switch section is plain i.e. without the faux arrows and black button greeblies. The switch card is also Silver/Black scheme. Another item submitted into my Virtual Folder of Acceptance without understanding Why. The switch isn't weathered because of the inability to 'turn' on a lathe which then raises the question Why not incorporate the V1 switch section as standard. But I digress. |

That sounds like a job for their custom shop. A lot of what's on Etsy is meant to be "as is" so to speak. They just churn out a bunch of their standard hilts it seems and then add the LED and blade as requested. Sadly, I'm not sure what the ETA is on when their custom shop might be up again for orders. |

 I came to the same conclusion however a Hilt without Wrap (when Wrap is standard) will have a slight recess ordinarily to accommodate the Wrap. Arbiter will not have that slight recess along the rear-grip of the Body.

So the recessed section would be ideal... |

I want to order a Sentinel but with no leather wrap. I have a friend that does leather working. He's offered to design and add a wrap to a hilt. So the recessed section would be ideal...
I reckon, if you're planning on DIY Wrap (or DI By Someone Else), providing an Etsy Listing has the Hilt Finish and LED Colour you want, go the quick-ship option and Purchase through there then have your friend remove, strip, clean and apply the new Wrap.

What I can report specific to the speed of Etsy, from Order placement to delivery (now keep in mind I'm an International Order in Australia), I ordered a Hilt June 23 and received delivery today. If you're US Domestic or CONUS (interstate, right?) probability would suggest that your turnaround would be much quicker. Keep in mind that the included V4 Blade will be a 37" and to maintain their promoted quick-ship model, Order Comments aren't recognised, but hey a difference of 5" of blade for a 7Day International Delivery, it's something to write home to Mum about.

That's extremely impressive considering my last etsy order arrived right at the end of the 8-10 week lead time. It's also good to know the comments aren't recognized when it comes to blade length request. |

Can you still specify whether you want a crimson or viridian soundboard on champion tiers? It seems silly to think the soundboard you get would be random.

Comment/Blade length oversight seems like more of an oversight than an ignored. I'd say email them through Etsy; they've been good about fixing the mistakes.

I requested a Crimson board in the order comments for my Etsy order and I got a crimson board with my v2 disciple.. |

To be accurate, with writing 'Order Comments aren't recognised' should be 'weren't recognised' specific to me and not necessarily to all Orders. (It's late, well, rather early and I should be in bed
) I made no suggestion that they're 'ignored' however agree with BoostinIX that an oversight is plausible. I'm satisfied with the contents of package received and to me the matter with blade length is trivial and hardly worth pursuing for correction. With regards to Sound Font choice, again specific to my circumstance, I concluded that it was what was available pre-installed as I selected a Listing without Tier choice. My Notes entered were for Crimson, forfeit inclusion of Charger, 32" Blade. Received Viridian, Charger, 37" Blade (and of course the Hilt). Will I address with CS? No. Nothing to dispute. Will I buy again via Etsy? Yes. This recent purchase wasn't my first or my last.

Looks like a few countries can't order hilts from Etsy at this time. Not sure if this is temporary or permanent. Canada being one of them
