Hi I just got my epoch do you know how to fix it because the button of my epoch won't light up?

In any case, your best course of action would to be to contact SF customer service at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , as your saber is still under warranty and replacing the switch or even resoldering the connections yourself would void that. Plus there aren't any SF employees or representatives on the forum, so that is the only way to contact them about any issues.
