The saber seems to be working fine even with the rattling. I think the issue is located in the upper grenade section of the hilt. Pretty sure it's the snap ring or the LED. The threads on my hilt is not moving so yeah I think I'll have to send it in.

Reached out to an SF Rep through Etsy and was asked to send my PS hilt (just arrived yesterday) back to be RMA'd for this same issue. I think I might bear the rattling for a little while longer at least until one of my other sabers arrives so I'm not completely without SF.

Ive had my prodigal son for about a year and a half. Its always had a little bit of that LED rattle/wiggle, but its never caused me any kind of issue, and Ive beaten the holy hell out of that saber. Still works just as well as the day I got it.
