Its like that since friday ive already sent two emails one on saturday and one today both remain unanswered.
Im litterally losing it,the card is already charged and i only see my order and account in the old site aka162.144.89.214

They dont work 24/7.
They get and deserve their weekends off also.
They'll probably get to your email after they reply to the other hundreds of emails they also received through out the week…
Or should they not get a couple days off for Christmas?

yea but releasing a post explaining this issue because apparently im not the only one with this issue wouldn't require from them that much.... that's the minimum i think is required since its not a 1$ or 2$ here its "a little" more.

Your post actually has no explanation of anything within it other than a complaint of an issue you're having. Yes, others are more than likely also experiencing the same problem, however the users on the forum cannot do anything about it, as we too are just random SW fans and clients of SF.

I'm well aware of the cost of these products as I own a few and I too have had issues with a past purchase, but I've learned that the forum isn't a place for it.
You've sent your email, now wait for a reply.
