if you ordered off the main site just enter your username and password in the log in form on the front page, and then click on your orders. On Etsy, log in and under purchases and reviews you'll see your order details plus tracking history, which you can sign up to receive alerts on. But either way, you'll be emailed whenever there's a status change or anything new to actually tell you. Xyster |

I'm waiting on my first saber (Consular Champion) and I'm hoping it arrives this week! I ordered it on Etsy near the end of October, 4-6 weeks became 10-12... It's now officially week 10 so I guess I'll see what happens. I find myself watching videos daily and checking the shipping info, just in case.
 I also decided to order the Champion tier ASP so I'm really looking forward to that arriving come February or March! |

Sounds like your order was right at the beginning of the the busiest season SF has ever seen, according to trusted sources. It was unfortunate that your wait time was extended, but if there is one thing I know, when that Toblerone of joy hits your doorstep, all those weeks will melt away, and all that is left is that wonderful saber that you will be writing a detailed review of for all of us to enjoy/envy!

It was basically the worst timing on my part haha oh well. It'll be here (hopefully) in the next week or two and all will be well! I'll definitely post a review after I receive it and stop drooling over the saber.

More than likely.
Hoping that I can have a quick connect added back on to my order by paying the additional charge.
As long as your order isn't in "shipped" status then there is usually time to make changes.
Sorry about that. I was kinda wondering why things were lower than they should have been.
I was wondering what happened. I went from 1000+ posts to under 900.
I went from well over 100 to 80---My cabbages!!! er I mean my posts......  Oh well at least it did not seem to change my ranking. I wonder if I'll need that many more post to go up another rank now though? |

If my saber went into "shipped" status on the main sight on December third, but I haven't received any email or tracking number, is that normal or is it likely that it's been in pre shipment for over a month and hasn't even left the building yet?

I sent one asking about it last week and pretty much got a copy paste of the FAQ sent back not really answering all. Starting to get a little worried now, I get that they are busy but to hear nothing is not good. |
