None of you would be surprised if I told you that I spent the first three minutes of TFA giggling like a smitten schoolboy. God, I think we can all agree that after almost ten years, seeing the words "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away..." just APPEAR on the bigscreen was a tagline from a forgotten tale, the beginning of a dream that you couldn't piece together until that moment.

When the family would watch Star Wars together when me and my brother were little, our dad would always read the opening title scroll with a deep, booming announcer voice. Let's just say that I inherited his skill for voice acting. I read that sucker in the exact same way and sent chills down my own spine.

But yet another big one for me was the Battle of Heroes on Mustafar. I was like six when I first saw ROTS, and that part was always my favorite. Then, I liked it for the action. Today? The music and the quotes that tear holes in your heart to see Master and apprentice going at each other's throats.

"Only a Sith deals in absolutes. I will do what I must."
-"You will try."

"I have failed you, Anakin. I have failed you."
-"I should have known the Jedi were plotting to take over!"
-"Anakin, Chancellor Palpatine is evil!"
-"From my point of view the Jedi are evil!"
-"WELL THEN, YOU ARE LOST!!!"

And the one that truly hits home for me:

"You were the Chosen One! It was said that you'd destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness!"
-"I HATE YOU!!!"
-"...you were my brother, Anakin. I loved you."
