Picked up my three sabers this afternoon. Alas my the side blades were not in the package for my relic. They all look magnificent. I need to sand down the edges on one of my Archons.

1 month in "shipping" and in 3 days 1 month in "USPS pre-shipment"

Positive: My saber has finally shipped...... Yay!

Negative: My saber is stuck in Portland Post Office Limbo...... Booooo!

Out of curiosity, by pre-shipment do you mean the shipping notice from SF or the pre-shipment status on the USPS website? Just wondering because it'll make a difference of about a week for me (SF notification on December 8th, USPS pre-shipment on December 15th, SF website status unchanged).

Amazingly, my saber was delivered this morning by the USPS! I had absolutely no expectation that they'd be able to get it from Portland, Oregon to Lansing, Michigan in under the 3 days this close to Christmas. On the downside, the shipping box was absolutely destroyed, torn clean in half right down the middle with a huge dent on one end.

While the blade appears intact the small box with the charger has a good dent in it but thankfully the contents seem unharmed. The hilt was very well wrapped in bubble tape but upon unwrapping it I noticed a good sized ding on the emitter and also a rattling inside the saber. The rattling turned out to just be the section of PVC tubing the speaker was mounted on being slightly too small which I was able to fix by applying a few wraps of electrical tape. The box was also missing the extra 32" blade that I'd added to my order but I'm sure SaberForge will be able to ship that out quickly. Based on past experience I expect that they'll RMA the saber to repair the dent and it'll be perfect. Once I get it fully charged I'll throw a review up in case anyone is interested.

Merry Christmas to all of you and hopefully those waiting for their sabers get them quickly. Now the countdown begins for my Hero Tier Monarch which entered the build queue on this past Monday!

Well, I got bit my sabers and am in love but sadly one of them came with a switch which did not match the bade color so I have to send it back. I'm gladly I ordered two, if I did not have one of them to fool around with I'd be super bummed. In a way though I see this as an opportunity to see the true nature of SF for myself and not just based on what others have said. I firmly believe that the true test of any company is how they handle issues when they make an error (and to be sure ALL companies make errors), for me how a company handles issue is a huge factor in deciding if I am to be a repeat customer. So fingers crossed...

Has anyone ever had an order not show up on the site? I ordered my saber around November 20th but now when I look up my order it tells m restricted access and that the Oder isn't found or may have been deleted, then when I log in it doesn't show any order history but I have my conformation number and recept still
