Really? And the really crappy thing is I really like saberforge and their products. But this is ridiculous.
My Archon and Exile got cancelled too due to some defective parts. They were at 13 weeks and 10ish(?) weeks respectively. The Exile isn't such a big deal cuz it can be made in ASP the Archon I can wait for until it gets pushed over to the website.Don't get me wrong, it sucks balls this happened. But I got offered a respectable discount as recompense off my next order so I feel "taken care of." I also have a sizable saber stable already so the sting isn't nearly so acute. Ya, but this was going to be my first. And its all great that they gave me discount on my next order but i have to wait another 10 weeks. Thats 20 weeks! |

Actually if you reread the message you recieved (I sent it, I know exactly what it says) you'll find the discount is good for an expedited replacement. That would have a lead time of 1-2 weeks currently (due to the time of the year and holidays, etc).

I sent you a few replys. i dont know if you saw. Some of them were a me ranting and being angry. But i also said a replacement would be fine as long as i would get it in a couple weeks. So if thats true that would be great. I send another message with my paypal info so i get a refund and then ill order a different design. Also what about my 12w+ upgrade how do i get that switched to the new order? |

Yeah, I lost my Exile too... This was the beginning of week 13  It sucks but I respect how they are trying to right the situation. I file it under "Shit Happens, Flowers Grow." and look ahead to my next saber(s). Hopefully my Lotus is still good, and I have my custom Phoenix coming from Justin. I think i'm going to focus on having some custom work done to my existing collection. I'll let the Holiday buzz die down a bit and jump back on the saddle for the new year.

I just got a message my Exile got cancelled also. 2 months wait down the drain! And since it's a limited run lightsaber, can't reorder it!
I actually made an account on this forum just to rant!

No worries.. the Exile is part of the ASP (Adaptable Saber Parts), so you'll be able to construct it once the ASP goes live. |

Received my Hero Prodigal Son. Looks great but once I took out the kill key - nothing.. I carefully remove the speaker to notice that one wire is loose. Next I see that there is no micro sd card inserted (did they even test it?). I charged it and put one of my own sd cards in it with the default spark color 2 files on it but i don't get any light from either the aux switch or the 12W+. No sound either since the red wire is loose.
I sent them a mail and i guess i'll just have to wait.. even more.. |
