From what I have read, they are "Trophies" from his past victims. He used to carry them in inside his cloak like a dodgy second hand watch dealer!
So you may struggle to discover whose blades they actually are, although the Saber in the bottom right of the pic looks slightly like the Jedi clan style sabers that a lot of the Jedi had in the Geonosis Arena Battle. Realised that half of the images used were turning themselves tiny, something to do with images from the starwarswikia page, so replaced them all with higher quality ones.

Firstly I've just seen your acknowledgement of mine and Snakeeyz99's contributions, so Thank You Very Much. And I have just discovered these pics (with links): Mace Windu / Samuel L Jackson (courtesy of his Twitter account) https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bm0dtT2CcAAqNFY.jpg And an unusual one from the Concept Art of Ralph MacQuarrie, showing a Stormtrooper with a white bladed Saber! This is from very early in the Star Wars history.
