Let me just say I'm a huge Luke Skywalker fan. I've been one since I first watched the original Star Wars with my dad when I was a kid. I used to build sabers out of construx with my brother. When I got older, I realized I could buy real replicas; hurray! Luckily most of my purchases have been before TFA, as prices for OT replicas skyrocketed!!
One of my first sabers I picked up was an ESB Luke Master Replicas. From there I added the ROTJ Reveal, followed by the ANH Vintage Graflex by Yoda and ANH Obi-Wan by Roman props. Wonderful sabers!!
Once I had the ANH Graflex, I needed to get the ESB to round out the set. I went with a larger crystal, talking it over with Yoda thinking that Luke might have tinkered with it to increase the power. Wonderful sabers, the CF really works well and of course the crystal reveal is amazing to look at. I think I got one of the last Vintage Graflexes that Yoda did as part of a production list. And lucky too, as he's changed his build technique to do some TFA replicas but is now auctioning them. The last one went for $16K USD!! Really happy for Yoda though; he's a great guy and great sabersmith (FYI - these are my production pics from the build - haven't bothered to take my own)
I keep all of my Luke props in a sealed case (ANH Graflex, ESB Graflex, ROTJ SF PS, Luke DL-44 MR Blaster). I love opening this case
From here I've added 3 x Bastions, with a SF Phoenix and SF Relic ordered as well as a custom set of Ahsoka sabers from Solo's Hold. Should be an exciting Fall by the time everything comes. Looking forward to the Ahsoka sabers as I will be looking to install the electronics myself
