Hello all!

I received my Redeemer the other day! I ordered this back in June off of the main site. I don’t have an exact count of the days or anything, but I received it in about 9 or 10 weeks—which is not bad at all. I ordered this Redeemer as a Warrior Tier (I’m kind of regretting not getting sound, but I ordered this as more or less a shelf queen so at the time sound didn’t enter the equation for me). After mulling over which shade of blue I would go with, I decided on Artic Blue 12w+. The Artic blue is a very beautiful shade of blue, it’s more on the lighter shade of blue but not too light. I already have Medium blue in my Avenger so I wanted something different—it was exactly what I was hoping it would be.

The interesting part is that the Redeemer was never really on my most wanted list of sabers until after I got my Avenger at the beginning of summer. I had read some articles about the possibilty of them making a Obi-Wan stand alone movie that would take place between episodes 3 & 4 (I’m hoping they make it!)— then I started seeing a bunch of Redeemer reviews popping up—and all of sudden this saber began calling to me. As a big fan of Luke’s ROTJ saber it’s no wonder I had to have this one too.

I have to say this saber is exquisite. I think the color combination on this hilt is what nailed it for me—Silver, Gold, Black, and Copper make it absolutely stunning—and it’s a thin neck! The craftsmanship is remarkable , my saber arrived in perfect condition—I didn’t notice any blemishes on it at all. The Redeemer is definitely the biggest & heaviest of all my sabers, but it does not pose any problems while swinging it around. I did change one thing on it however, (I took this from OvrcAHst)—I replaced the black covertech knob with a brass one—I just think it “pops” more, gives it a much nicer look! Anyway enough rambling---here’s my pics---thanks for looking.

Very nice.

I have the Luke ROTJ Hilt on my want list, and this one might end up on there as well.
I agree that the brass covertech wheel looks MUCH better. If you were going to have a shelf queen, I think you picked a good one!

Exquisite! The Redeemer is my favorite thin neck. With a blue LED, you just can't go wrong! Congratz!

Thanks for sharing dude! Such a beautiful saber! I love it, one of my favourites.

I think it looks amazing and congratulations should be in order :)

Nice review as well. I have to say, the latest edition (one after mine) is amazing with the kill key inside the control box and the greeblies on the side look so authentic.

Nice pickup and great addition to the rest.

In addition looking at your Arctic Blue, it almost looks like my light blue... I am starting to think I may not have light blue anymore

I have to completely agree with you that this one did not top my list when I was making my selections for for sabers to own, but then, I took the plunge and got one and it become one of my favorite hilts (topping even the Prodigal Son for me). Congrats on this magnificent hilt! Glad you love it!
