I've made a few inquiries about the electronics and blades in sabers already, but this, so far, is the biggest issue I've actually had, and I hope I don't seem like I complain at all, I simply have little knowledge with electronics, and hope to ask people with more of a grasp on the subject than I have.

Basically, its been about two weeks since I've gotten my ASP saber and, as I've said, I love it so much, and have found very little issues (some of which could just be me worrying about little things). But recently, I have attempted to turn my saber on, and when it does, the LED does not come on. The sound and motion effects work perfectly, but no LED. I thought it was a low battery, charged it, and still no light.

So I swapped out two LED's (as i have done many times before with no issue) and both did not work. After careful examination, I found that the wiring, right above the battery, has become disconnected, or strained, or something causing it to not activate the LED, and it will only do so when I've bent the wire myself and held it at an angle. I think this may be caused by how I need to coil the wire inside the hilt of the saber, which is a thin neck, to make room to screw it all together. I don't know if there is a way to fix it, or if I need to email customer support, but that is why I am asking here first. If I am able, I will post a video of the problem as well, to better help show what is happening. Thanks to anyone who can offer help!

Here is a quick video showing the issue I am having, as you can see, only when the wires are at a certain angle do they activate the LED, and I've had a closer look, and they don't seem to be damaged at all on the surface

ZakP, it's unfortunate reading of the electronic fault you're experiencing after finally receiving your ASP after a lengthy wait. Not being proficient with electronics, even minimally, similar to yourself I may be stating the obvious however to prevent further potential damage but importantly to see that the error is correctly rectified I encourage you to reach out to Customer Service for troubleshooting. Good luck and I hope the matter is resolved quickly for you.
