I'm thinking of ordering the Champion Fury, but would rather pick it up than wait for shipping. Is there anyway I can pick up the Saber once completed? (I will still pay for shipping fees, the sabers are amazing. )

Since their Custom shop is currently doing ASP saber builds, I assume you were just talking about ordering a saber from their website, and picking it up? If so, and with your proximity to the store, I would just go there, order it, and pick it up. Many of the sabers in the showcase are available for purchase immediately. Those are typically "as is" kinds of hilts.

At least that is what I have heard from folks that went there recently.

Your reply worked. I just needed a little time to see it, and approve it. Once your post count hits 5, approval will no longer be necessary.

To answer your question, the ones in the showcase are brand new. So far as I know, if you are willing to buy one out of the case "as is", you should be able to take it home right then.

Anyone have a different recollection?

Might be a little longer while that play catch up on the Christmas/Post Christmas/TFA rush. You may end up having to wait 2-4 weeks. However as many have said there are some that are purchase ready at the showroom. You might find what you are looking for and can just buy it and have it in your hands within 5 minutes.

But, they probably rotate that stock as sabers are sold, so none of us would know what they currently have in there. My guess is, you will like everything you see, so the real problem will be making a decision on which one really speaks to you, out of all of those awesome choices.
