I think there is something wrong with the 20% coupon code. I have gone to buy a few items, but something is not adding up. I apply the coupon, but only 5 bucks comes off a 350 bucks worth of stuff?

Yeah, there are reports of the same thing being reported on the CLSO Facebook feed. Someone from SF should see the posts soon, and I will watch for an opportunity to directly contact someone in a position to look into it. Hopefully, between all of that, it will be fixed quickly so that you can spend that money, and get that discount!

It worked just fine for me just now. I did a theoretical "order" and put a $320 saber in the cart, it took off $64 when I entered the code. I did the math and that's 20%. What are you trying to order? There are a few things in the store that aren't eligible for discounts. The Count is one, Mystery Boxes are another. If you have an ineligible item in your cart, it won't have discounts applied to it, but other things will. |

Can't resist the temptation. Does anyone know if I can still purchase a saber from the SF site with either the Viridium or Crimson board ? Don't run a Windows 10 program and my computer skills are not so great. No desire to be changing out sound fonts and other features via computer. Thanks for any help.

I believe all champion tier saber are now SC3 All ready to go...the reason to use the editor is if you want to change settings or install new fonts, if your fin with the default settings no need for the editor. MTFBWY |

Ah
  20% almost never happens, so I'm really wanting to put in an order (for either another ASP idea or the MPP MK2)... but I have to still buy xmas presents and keep funds at the ready for my vacation to Rome come march. Choices!

 Ah well, in any case SF is a great company that doesn't make you stress about these kind of deals; where other stores or companies go all like; only today! Sale ends at midnight!' - thus making one go all 'should I or shouldn't I?' SF instead gives us the entire week to make up our minds. Which is nice, cause next Thursday is payday and here in Norway November is half-tax month then, so who knows I might have some extra dollars to spend

I can understand your predicament! I have sabers with all the shades of blue SF offers, and they are all fantastic. The lighter ones tend to be a bit brighter, if that is any help. |

I'm sure the sales from Black Friday were plentiful. I made my purchase then, but it's been almost two months since my order and no sign of shipping to be found. It's my first purchase with SF, so I'm wondering if it's likely due to the Black Friday promotional influx, or if this is how SF typically goes when it comes to shipping. I made sure that all my ASP parts were in the '4-5 weeks' lead time and nothing was backordered.

it happens. I made a purchase August 24th. Still waiting. You can't watch the clock on something like this. You WILL NOT ONLY drive yourself insane, but you will also get all worked up and piss yourself off. Then you'll inevitably blow up on the forums. Take but a moment to look through other posts. It happens, and happens, and happens again.
