TOPIC: Upcoming SaberForge Releases

I just have to say The Regal sort of reminds me of Lucien Draay's lightsaber from the Knights of the Old Republic comic.

ok, I am really confused by this thread in general. can someone help me out? when are these sabers even releasing? this thread seems pretty old, and I have never seen any of these designs on the sight. also, designs that I have seen on youtube such as bane and mauler are nowhere to be seen, yet the reviews of them have only been out for less than a year.

For now, the best way to keep up with things is to follow the Facebook and Twitter pages and check in with the forums. SF is working on a website redesign that will hopefully consolidate all of the information in the future, so that's the best we can do at the moment.

So any update on those 3 new saber hilts? I really want to get the oracle hilt and I've been holding back on buying another hilt for this one.

There was chatter about a Windu ASP expansion but it's been quiet awhile. No additional info yet. Not yet. Supposedly VERY soon.

Damn I am here just controlling myself from spending money on another hilt; really want that oracle.

So, I was reading a post in the Custom Lightsaber Owners FB page about a new machine that Saberforge just got for it's shop (CNC), and there was a side conversation going on about how this could make possible a coupler for two Banes. Thomas Snyder got involved, and was describing how difficult something like that would be to wield, but he created a 3-d render for it anyway to show what such a thing could look like. It was in the shape of a "U", but the guy said "No, make it like an "S"!". His response was (and this is the point of this post) that the hooks on each pommel would get in the way in that configuration, but wait until you see the design for the UPCOMING Sovereign curved saber! Thomas went on to say that it was his favorite design yet.

Now, I don't know if this is The Count renamed, or something completely new, but it definitely got my attention. Guess we will all have to wait and see, but I got a feeling it will be worth it!

Thomas Snyder wouldn't that be a beast..granted this is the old original bane..but yeah. it would prob need a different claw for this setup..the hook at the back would be in the way

This is cool and all, but what about the sabers at the beginning of this thread? Will they ever be realized?
