What saber is the vigilant?

The Vigilant is a bit of a stealth release. We didn't get any sort of render beforehand because... reasons. It popped up in the ASP builder at the same at as the Vengeance and the Mauler. It looks to be a competent no-frills dueler.

Someone on the Custom saber FB page mentioned it's a "canon" saber but I can't figure out which character wielded it. This bothers me because knowing things is my thing.

Man this is going to be a tough month... trying to get my Kylo Ren costume together, just ordered a custom Kallig mask, got NYCC coming in the beginning of October... need to start selling body parts.
