Even though I am Jedi, may I welcome you both to the forum. I am an equal opportunity greeter! May I say for Darksiders, you have good taste, especially you Caliga, another fan of the Disciple. The Venomous Fury and Arbiter are highly recommended around here as well.
Now as New Members, I need make you (and all newcomers) aware of a few things. The first is to ask you to take a moment or two to read through the FAQ'S and Forum Rules pages. The second point is that your first 5 posts need approval from the Moderators before they are displayed. This helps prevent Spammers and Malware getting on the forum. The Moderators will process your messages as quickly as possible. After this initial period you will then be able to post freely.

Nice to meet you, thanks for announcing your arrival on the forum. I knew watching Pobol-Y-Cwm would come in useful one day!
Your son has a very nice Saber coming his way and there are quite a few fans of Thin Neck Sabers around here who would love to see pictures of it when it arrives.

You have come to the right part of the galaxy for Saber DIY advice. This forum is full of like-minded individuals some of whom are in the middle of constructing their own Sabers or installing electronics into ones they own. Even better they will share that knowledge and experience with you.

As a New Member I just need to point out a couple of things to help you out. The first is the FAQ'S and Forum Rules pages. You may have a bit of knowledge about Sabers but these pages will add to what you know already and also help you get the most out of the forum.A link to these pages is here:

Hello all! Muns here. Just wanted to introduce myself, and say it's great to be among fellow sabers enthusiasts

Greeting Everyone. I am a long time lurker and have recently decided to start contributing to the forum.
My first impression of Star Wars was watching the greatest space opera ever told on the big screen in the winter of 1978 and going home to make my own light saber out of paper towel tubes and tape. Now I am anxiously waiting for my warrior tier Redeemer, ordered 3/28. Anyways, just here to say "Hi" and thank you for for all your wisdom.

It's a great time to be a Star Wars fan, and a saber enthusiast!

I'm new to the forums. I'd like to say I am happy to be here, but so far, my Saber Forge experience has not been great,

Got my Kickstarter sabers today, but the wiring on both LEDs broke as I was trying to put the saber together. There were no instructions on how to properly put it together.

Now, my 2 brand new sabers do not work. I don't have wiring experience, so I am not sure if I can fix it. Plus, I'm sure if I tried, it would void the warranty.

Is there a way I can get replacement LED set ups? I'd rather not have to deal with packaging everything all back up and send it back just to wait for who knows how long to get it back. Plus, knowing my luck, the wiring would just break again.

Also, can anyone point me to detailed instructions on how to assemble sabers from Saber Forge? You'd figure that instructions would be provided, especially since I contributed almost $500 to the Kickstarter.

I'm an aspiring Twi'Lek Jedi. I'm still in the process of building my costume, but I am going for more of a "dark jedi" look. Everything will black and shades of gray. And maybe just a touch of purple.

I just bought a Sentinel saber with a purple blade and black stingray wrap. I have been saber shopping for a couple of weeks from a variety of stores, but I found myself continuously coming back to SaberForge just to look at the sample photos of that purple Sentinel. It seriously makes my jaw drop every time I see it. I decided I needed to put on my big-girl underpants and pull the trigger on the purchase because despite the long wait, I just can't seem to find any saber online (that is reasonably priced for me) that makes me as happy. Let the waiting commence!

Hello friends. Ordered my Fury saber on 4/27, hoping that's in plenty of time to get it for GENCON in August! Can't wait to just even hold it and feel more like a Jedi.

To thepoptrooper, hi nice to meet you. I have in my travels across the galaxy, met lots of different folk (including celebrities) but you are my first encounter with a Twi'Lek! Your story sounds very familiar in that people are just drawn to the Saberforge site and their designs and keep coming back just to look at them. You have picked a nice Saber in the Sentinel and that purple is a perfect match for it.

To Stardunk, I can safely say that when your Fury does arrive you will definitely feel like a Jedi! The experience is like nothing you will have had before, when you draw the Saber from it's packaging and feel it in your hand for the first time...words cannot describe adequately!

To Tailas, first off hello and welcome, secondly sorry to hear you have an issue with your new ASP Sabers. I know you will receive some great advice from fellow members here and hopefully by contacting SaberForge's Customer Service team you will be able to get the problem resolved quickly. I hope you also enjoy this great site and find it to be a place of support.
