The FAQ, and Forum Rules have been moved, and consolidated (there were two Forum Rules threads) to the "Welcome and FAQ" section. Obviously, if you have recently used the previous locations in a "Welcome" message, those links would need to be changed to find the new threads. This should make it easy for new members to find all the reference information needed to become an informed member of our little community.
