Thanks Roger Redux, And talking of field goals and Kickers, which famous Welsh comedian/folk singer (and later politician) was a kicker for the Dallas Cowboys for one game? I'll tell you all in a day or so if no-one gets it right. I might also have a few more hilts soon. For Tyeth |

With all this discussion of "Which Red LED is Better....?" (I haven't heard this conversation in a long time, since...... ) I will post a saber that definitely doesn't have that problem ... Hello Everybody,
Oggy! Oggy! Oggy! Oy! Oy! Oy! Don't worry I haven't gone mad, that was the catchphrase of the mystery Dallas Cowboys Kicker, I'll tell you who it is after I post my latest design. Some of you may know I like Motorsport...fast motorsport and MotoGP in particular. So here is a tribute to one of the finest MotoGp bikes around, the Desmosedici of Ducati.. For Tyeth And the Mystery Kicker was called Max Boyce, a comedian and folk singer from the Treorchy area of Wales. In the early 80's he completed the 6 week pre season training and was named on the team roster. He was due to play against the bottom of the league Green Bay Packers. He even had the play call memorised ready - "‘Blue toss, 39 on two, hut hut hut!’ Unfortunately the Packers led the match throughout and so Max wasn't used (the idea being to let him go on field if the 'Boys were winning so they didn't risk anything) Anyway the Cowboys lost that match and Max never kicked a ball in play. But he is a Cowboy! |

Hello Everybody,
A few months back a new computer game was launched by the name of Dishonored 2 and the TV advert showed a sword fight with the famous retractable blade saber. On close examination it looked as if they used a hilt with a 1" polycarb blade, so I thought there's an idea for a new FT design replica! This is what I came up with... 
And a cosplay replica for comparison (Yes I know this has four claws but SF haven't given me any new parts to play with in the builder so I only have three claw emitters....Hint! Hint!) 
And I intentionally left the LED switched off, but this replica can double as a Lightsaber obviously! For Tyeth |

Hmm... that last design is actually very similar to my first ASP hilt. Which is great, since Dad Joke Vader is best Vader!

Hi Everybody,
A new film was released on March 24th based on some motorcycle mounted members of Law Enforcement called "CHiPs". Well in recognition of the TV series that inspired this new film and in honour of the men and women of Law Enforcement around the galaxy and the Californian Highway Patrol, this is Enforcer... It is based on the motorcycles they ride and more specifically their crash helmets which are a golden colour with a blue panel above the forehead where the police badge is displayed. And pics of Larry Wilcox and Erik Estrada from the original show for the nostalgic members here! kind regards, For Tyeth |

This time I have a very special hilt. After the news last year of the passing of Kenny Baker and Tony Dyson I wanted to pay tribute to both great men. Hello Everybody,
Now this next design is a request from a certain person but I won't embarrass them by naming them as a fan of this team. The team itself must have done fairly good this season as they have first pick in the upcoming NFL Draft ceremonies! (You really need a Quarterback guys) This is for the members of the DAWG POUND... The saber comes in the Cleveland Browns' colours, has a handgrip that represents a Gridiron field complete with two orange Endzones and the white lines are your 10yrd hashes. The pommel is ringed by a set of uprights to give the impression of the goals. The emitter even has fangs like the fans of "The Pound"! I'm not at all into any "sportsball" myself... but my mother is an absolute DIE HARD Cleveland fan. I may have to use that as inspiration if I ever build her a saber (unless she just steals one of mine, again). |

Some of you may have seen a post which I have since deleted stating I was going to take a break from posting designs here, but I changed my mind. I was having a bad day when I posted that message.
