I'll make this as short as possible, acouple sales ago I ended up buying two empty hilts, the first was a Guardian and then I got my friend a dissident in all black, the problem is I didn't remember to say to not use glue on the sabers so I could try installing them, so my question is, how do I get them separated? And how do I do the guardian especially cuz I'm not certain where the threads are on them
:pinch:

Elbow grease, lots of elbow grease. Or heat to weaken the glue. Or a chemical solvent. Easy way to get out the switch covers is to drill into them, then use something (like a screwdriver) to pry them out.

The Dissident will separate in 3 places: pommel & body, body & switch section, switch section & emitter.

The Guardian will separate in 2 places: pommel & body, body & emitter (just above the switches, remove shroud first).
