I recently purchased my first saberforge saber (yay!), got a mystery box and scored a Pheonix which is bad ass!
Sad day though, the shroud retention screw fell off at a festival only a week into owning the saber. Contacted the sales email, a person named India said they could ship me a replacement part free of charge (woohoo!).
That was about a week and a half ago I think, maybe give or take a few days. Anywho, no response after providing my mailing address.
I guess my question is did anyone else have to order replacement parts and how long did y'all have to wait? Or if you work at saberforge, how long can I expect to wait?
