I currently own a saberforge gladius (newest version), it has no wrap and it is the warrior edition. The whole point of this was, I am looking to do some improvements with ASP, and I don't want to damage my saber, how do I disassemble the saber?

First question: do you have a heat gun? SF usually glues the threads.

I'm interested in the same thing. I'd like to know because I too bought a warrior level saber and would like to upgrade eventually by adding sound but as of now I can't see how that would happen as I can't take the hilt apart.

There are ways to do an install without taking the hilt apart, it just takes extra planning and likely a pair of tweezers. Elite hilts from Saberforge have the threads glued but with some heat you can usually get them apart.
At the end of the day though, its a lot less trouble and work to simply save for the saber you want in the first place. I learned saber installation through a very costly process of trial and error, easily wreaking a half dozen sound boards, so customization is not for the faint of heart. |
