I have always been a fan of dual blades and building this one should kick me right into it.
I am not too fond of having sound etc, so I was thinking about a "Warrior" tier saber, hope you guys can help me.
My parts so far:
2x Epoch Emitter (1x Standard, 1x Weathered)
2x Epoch Switch (1x Standard, 1x Weathered)
2x Resilient Body (1x Standard, 1x Weathered), Brown Leather
1x Coupler 3 (Standard)
2x V4 Infinity Blade (1x 32", 1x 26")
2x Plug'n'Play Switches (latching, 1x Silver, 1 Black)
2x Plug'n'Play LED (1x Deep Blue, 1x Deep Red
2x Plug'n'Play Warrior Sleds
2x 18650 Battery
1x 18650 Charger

Also 2 pommels two split it in two when wanted, later on some more LEDs to switch the colors to my liking.

Did I miss something?
Something else I might want to buy?

Since you're using Resilient bodies, be aware that there will be a lip at the coupler. The coupler OD is 1.5" while the very ends of the bodies are about 1.35". There will be a small lip/step where they join and not be flush. Also grab a couple of pommels anyway. When disassembles for transport, they will protect the bodies from anything getting in there and/or the batteries/sleds sliding out.

Yeah, I was thinking about pommels to have it as two individual sabers as well, which is the reason for the different blade lengths.
Are there any Couplers that are the same diameter as the Resilient body?
Thinking about Blade Plugs: what length do I need for Epoch emitters?
But I didn't miss anything vital to build it on Warrior tier?
How hard is it to install the Plug and Play electronics?

Epoch emitters i beleive will only take blade plug ASP #4 but tell them its for a epoch emitter so they size it right.

Actually, I'm using blade plug #1 in mine, and I had a #5 in it before. The Epoch emitter is a two-piece, and the larger diameter ASP blade plugs will fit inside the outer shroud piece. If you are wanting the blade plug to fit deeper into the blade socket, however, you will need to go with blade plug #4 or a LazerForge blade plug. Or you could always trim a little off to make one fit.

So the different blade plugs are different in diameter?
And to fit the others in I would have to scrape off the shell to fit them in?

All blade plugs have the same 1" OD blade stock, which is the translucent part of the blade plug. The metal pieces on the top of the Elite blade plug and all the ASP blade plugs, except for #4, are a little larger than 1" in diameter (not sure of the exact measurement), and sit on top of most emitters. They won't work with slanted emitters because there is no flat surface for the metal pieces to rest on. Blade plug #4 and the LazerForge blade plugs all have 1" OD tops that will fit all the way inside any emitter.

But, as I said, the outer piece of the Epoch emitter has a larger ID that will accommodate the larger diameter of the ASP blade plugs. They will sit on the flat surface of the inner piece that actually holds the blade.

So in the end, all of them fit, but all except of #4 need to be a bit longer to really fit?
And I don't have to take out any part of the emitter?

If I used the 'Coupler Staff Short', would that have a smooth edge with the bodies?

In the Epoch emitter, yes they will all fit, however only Lazerforge and ASP blade plug #4 will fit all the way inside the emitter. Here are some photos to better show what I'm trying to explain.

In my Epoch Emitter:

ASP Blade Plug #4:

And the same plugs in my Bastion:

Do I need 1 switch per saber or two?

One. As far as I know, the holes should come with dummy switches in them. At least, that's how Initiate and Warrior tier hilts are done. Maybe someone who has ordered the ASP switch sections can chime in on that. If you don't get dummy switches, you may want something to put in the second hole, like a non active switch. You can just go for the non plug n play version:

2x 12mm predrilled holes are almost always supplied with the switch parts. Sometimes there'll be faux switches in both, sometimes there'll just be one. Sometimes still, you might even get a small baggie with extra's as spares too.

Hm. Better order something to plug the second hole, like a kill key or something then... Not that I assemble it and then have an open switch hole.

The Resilient body has the covertech knob on the longer metal part with the thinner rings, right? Is the part better to be used near the switch or the pommel? :)

How exactly is the blade fastened to the emitter? Is it plugged or screwed?

There's a drilled and tapped hole with a little screw in it. When you tighten the screw, it "bites" into the blade and holds it in place. SF includes a little tool to tighten and loosen the screw.

Hi Ser Arcturis,

Here is a picture to show the location of the Blade Retention Screw scifidude79 mentioned:

There is an identical looking screw further down the emitter (behind the label in my picture) and this is used to secure the LED module in place.

Given the case I would order Champion PnP kits, do they include everything I need (except the charger maybe)?
