So I received my Etsy order ahead of schedule and as you can tell it is the marvelous Arbiter hilt in 12 watt green. Now, I have small hands and I have NO trouble wrapping my hands around this hilt, it is soooo thin. I compared the difference in green LED to the Master Replicas Yoda lightsaber and as you can see, it totally blows it out of the water.

Nice saber! I was not sure how I was going to feel about these Apprentice level sabers, but they are a wonderful addition to the line-up!

I'm using a 32" for this hilt. I like the 37, but the 32" just looks better lit up. Less dead spots.

I was wondering about this. I'm going to be doing a custom build and was considering the Green 12w LED and wanted to know if there was a noticeable difference between the 32" and 37" blades having never owned any personally. Your saber looks great thanks for posting!

I'm glad to be of any help! There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two. Especially on camera, so owning both of the blades, I can confidently say that the 32" gives a much better lighting effect if that's what you're going for :)

Very nice, I got mine in 12w purple :)
I'm thinking of cutting my 37 down to a 32. 37 just feels too long to be on the apprentice hilts.

Yea, I have both blades and I definitely prefer the 32" with this hilt. You'll be happier with the shorter blade.

If you can swing it, buying a second blade is probably a better way to go than cutting a long one down. They are $30, and having both means you have a blade for any situation. That way, you don't run the risk of disturbing the reflective material inside.

Just an observation based on my own experience.

Nice looking saber! Looks like a great dueler. Green looks great with the finish on this saber.
