Ok so this has been a while time coming.

I randomly stumbled across SF on Etsy, and instantly wanted the Guardian, it took me a long time to save for it but I finally ordered it on Dec 26th.
Ten weeks exactly from the day I ordered it's status changed to 'shipped', it took another 18 days from that point to actually ship and 6 days from then to be delivered to me in Ireland. (With absolutely no extra custom charges to be paid might I add)

Before I ordered I heard a lot of mixed reviews about SF but I decided I'd risk it anyway and I have to say, my experience was overall a good one.
Besides the very long wait time, which I was aware of beforehand, I can't say a single bad thing about them.

I contacted them numerous times and they replied, albeit usually very briefly which was sometimes annoying, to every email and helped me with any query I put to them.

Now on to the saber.
What a thing of beauty it is! It's just so well machined and everything I honestly love it!
It has a few tiny scuffs on it but nothing I'd complain about.
It's very light and thin, which is surprising as I really expected it to be chunky and heavy. It's very very comfortable to hold, but I'm fairly small so the 37" blade is a little too long for me to swing about comfortably.

I've ran my fingers over the whole lot of it and there's not a single dangerously sharp edge on it, even on the shroud, which makes no difference to me as I won't be dueling with it, just thought I'd mention it as it seems to be a recurring issue with SF.

The one issue I do have with it is that it doesn't really seem that bright. Now I'm not sure if its just me having too high expectations, because this is my first saber but I'm not really happy with how the light fades towards the end of the blade.
Without the blade, even with the plug in it, it's super super bright, with the blade, the light is really strong at the base but tapers out really fast and it looks really pale and faded.

Overall I'm delighted and am definitely going to get a few more!

9/10, just docking it the one for the blade lighting issue.

Look beautiful! That blade plug is amazing too. I've always been a big fan of the Qui-Gon hilt. The 32" shouldn't appear to fade as much (for obvious reasons), so if 37" is a bit big maybe try going down a size (or cutting it if you dare).

Also, while I don't have any direct experience, I have seen a few videos and read a few comments/reviews that (while not as durable) the Ultrasabers mid-grade blade does a better job of diffusing the light more evenly than the SF blades.

I would love to hear from some members with experience if this is true or not in person. Cameras can be deceiving!

Also do you know if this is the v4 blade or could it be an older model? (I'm just spit-balling here)... but it looks amazing. Enjoy it!

I was thinking the same hing about the 32" too, I'll be buying one soon and hopefully it'll look a bit better aswell as suiting me more!
I've no experience with US so I can't shed any light on it either unfortunately.
Yeah I'm sure it's the V4, the threads are visible if you look really close at the tip.

I'm actually not really that disheartened by the blade anyway, it'll rarely get used, I just expected it to be a bit more evenly lit. Not a major disappointment, more just an onservation

haha oh god I'm still broke from this one !! ha
But I think it's a toss up between the Exhalted and the Avenger, although it could be any of the ones I've got in the list below !! haha

I have US ultra edge blade and it is bright, light and will not take a hard hit! Its funny I have the avenger as my first and exhalted is on the way. I asked for a 32" blade. I will let you know what I think about it. Incase you care?

I to like the Qui Gon/Guardian Saber Hilt, its somewhat similar to the Redeemer and PG Hilt but with out the neck of the latter two. The Grips look comfortable and I like how it has a hand Guard near the blade emitter. This more then likely will be my first custom SW Saber replica.

Ricchirau I'm only seeing this now, I'm about the same height as you, maybe the normal size would be fine for you. I would just prefer a smaller blade :)

Thanks! I think I prefer a slightly shorter blade too. So I got a ASP saber on Indiegogo with a 32" blade... Cant wait! Thanks a lot!
