im still accessing my account only through the old IP website and i just got my "shipped" update ( i think it was made today haven't checked in almost a week) but i got no email with tracking number( yea i know it means its in build queue) is it normal process or i should contact CS.

Yeah, it's worth it to check with SF if you're on the old site. Better to make sure than wait even longer like I had to.

Go to www.usps.com and in the top right corner you can enter in your tracking number. That is how.

Hi Icetiger,
As MommyHoldMe said, go to this page: USPS Tracking And then input your tracking number in the highlighted box in the pics here.. Then a screen like this shows up displaying the parcel's progress.. This shows my Disciple's journey. Remember the Saber won't have left the SaberForge factory until the Tracking Page says that the parcel has been ACCEPTED. Hope this helps For Tyeth |
