Hi! Can someone please help me?
I just received my Katana Hero lightsaber a couple of days ago and everything works perfectly except it won't charge. When I plug the charger into it, the charger light is green instead of red while charging. Leaving it for a couple of hours, it doesn't look like it's charging because the battery dies after a few seconds when I switch on the saber. I have 2 other champion tiers that have no problem with the charger. I even used different chargers in case it was a charger problem. Thanks in advance for any advice! |

If you have any concerns or issues with your Saber it is recommended that you send an email to SaberForge Customer Service who will best handle and address the matter and provide you with a resolution.
