Hello kind people of the internet!

My name is Jan-Niklas, and at August 16th I ordered my very first saber from the saberforge etsy shop. It's a champion Venom, and I am really excited to finally hold it in my hands. But this is where I am panicking right now.

The shipping label was created on August 26th, and I began to hype. Finally it entered building queue! The wait began, and on September 10th the package was picked up. I checked the details every now and then, and on the 17th the package arrived in Frankfurt, Germany. That's like 1 hour away from where I live. I was sure, the saber would arrive on the day after, or at the day after that. Nothing. Not even something at the tracking. I am really worried now, I haven't received any mail from the postal service or our customs. Do you know what to do?

I am terribly sorry for another post of this sort, but I need some clarity, for the sake of my sanity

I know Customs here in Canada will sometimes sit on a package to be inspected for a few weeks before anything is done. Frathien has the right idea in my opinion. You may want to call the sorting facility or Customs itself and see what is going on. Hopefully they can let you know what is going on.

I envy anyone unwrapping a newly arrived saber, but only because I have experienced that feeling, and know there is nothing quite like it. I also know that I will experience it again for myself around the end of the year, or perhaps early 2016. So congrats my friend! Enjoy!
