TOPIC: Last minute change

OK I didn't want to be that guy but, I got to looking at the Venomous Fury and now I have to see if I can change the Epoch I ordered back on Sep 4, 2015 to it. Is this something someone else has done in the past? Does anyone know if this is possible? I have sent an Email though Etsy with my order # I hope I can get this done. Sorry for the last minute change

Through etsy, the way their system works, to change an order completely like that you'll have to cancel the original order and submit an entirely new one, starting the wait over. Generally from the main site they're pretty forgiving about making order changes like that, but Etsy's inventory management won't allow for it.
Edit: forgot to mention that if the order is shipped it will be too late to cancel it, or make any alterations. |
