In the video it sounds like it hit something off camera, then when it comes around it snapped? I'm wondering if the lose LED may have shaken a resistor lose and blown the module... if that's the situation, relatively easy fix. New LED time! lol. Just hope you're good either adding some quick connects to the wires or soldering the new one on...

I'm pretty sure SaberForge reimburses you for having to ship something back to then if it's still under warranty.

Not always true. It's a case-by-case scenario. If it's something that's their fault directly, I've seen them do it, but not when it's not their fault something happened. Just depends on the scenario.
