TOPIC: Weathered initiate Sentinel w/black leather wrap

Well here goes my first review. Figured there weren't a ton of reviews on the sentinel yet, so here's my two cents.








First off, I absolutely love the weathering. Very detailed, even on the covertech knob. It's also a very solid hilt with a nice, we'll balanced weight.

I was initially worried about how well attached the leather wrap would be when I ordered, but I've had no problems with it at all.

My only complaint is its a little shorter than I'm used to, but that's to be expected with apprentice sabers, so no fault of Saberforge. But I'd still give it a 10/10 especially if you want to use it for a saberstaff!

P.S. I included a picture of the interior to show off how roomy and clear of obstruction it is for my fellow DIY-ers.

Great looking saber. And I'm glad to see it has room. I've been wanting to pick up an apprentice tier saber to do an install with. This one looks really good and I'm glad to hear you are pleased with the wrap. That finish is excellent as well. Congrats!

Muns, Thank you for your 2 cents and Congratulations with successful delivery of your Hilt. Between this and Arbiter, I actually prefer the look of Sentinel, surprising as I'm not completely sold on wrapped Hilts. The weathering looks to be finished well and remains consistent with your choice of Black leather. How long is the Hilt from Emitter to Pommel and from Pommel to just past the switches to Choke? Trying to gauge dimensions overall and whether it's a Wish-List inclusion piece. Do you plan on doing any upgrades to it with Sound and LED? A nice Hilt, reminiscent for me of a Crow.

Thanks guys! And from emitter to pommel is 10 1/2 inches. The internal length from choke down is about 5 1/4 inches. Hope that helps.

I'm planning on installing an indigo 12w, and I have a low grade sound system I'm gonna install with just the hum, on/off and clash. It'll be my next dueling saber.

I was very impressed with this hilt. I absolutely love the finish! It's very detailed, even on the cover tech knob and down into the grooves.







I also am happy with the leather wrap. I was admittedly worried about how well it would be attached, but I have had no problem with it, and I doubt I will now.




My only issue is its a little short, but that's to be expected with an apprentice saber, so it's on me, not Saberforge.

Really hot Saber !!! this weathering looks much better then the one on my Campion Resilient.
I am still in the deciding phase...
I love the sentinel and i was thinking of getting it as a Hero Tier...but than there is the Bastion...
I really cant decide.
Both look really badass and i know for sure that this order will be a hero tier, but i cant decide wich too take.
Maybe even a Gladiator....this is so damn though

Stgthor, I know the struggle of indecision well! I'm stuck between whether to get a monarch or an archon next. Oh, the choices! Saberforge makes so many fine sabers.
