Not necessarily rude but certainly burdensome. Consider how busy they are with all of the saber constructs and then throw in having to field email replies... I don't know about you, but I'd much rather not distract them so they can finish quicker
 But seriously - I see that you are a new member. First off WELCOME!! Secondly, there is a FAQ thread that will answer many of the questions that you may have or don't even know that you have  Lastly, what was your saber of choice!!

When did you order, and did you order from the main site, or Etsy? Depending on which you went with, you would be looking at a 4-6 week wait (Etsy), or a 12-14 week wait (main site).
Now, from what I understand, those times might have gone up a touch due to their current (out of this world) demand for their products. So, if your purchase was within either of those lead times commensurate to your purchase point, then you are still good. Just to keep things in perspective, there are custom saber makers out there that take YEARS to fulfill orders! To be equally fair, there are some (well one) that is able to turn things around in a week, but I am sure you looked there before coming here, and decided that this was what you wanted because it spoke to you on some level. I guarantee that you will find the wait worthwhile once that saber is in your hands. If by some chance, your order it outside either of those estimates, then an e-mail might be in order. |

I ordered it two weeks ago, I know the whole wait is basically just to get on to the build list then from then on its super fast

Just checked my etsy account and it said its scheduled to ship tomorrow!

Just a heads up - that is referring to the queue process to be constructed. So when Etsy reads "Shipping Soon" it means that the Shipping Label was created by SF. Then it moves into "Shipped" which means that it is queued for construction. Once construction is complete you'll see "Pre-shipment info sent to USPS" meaning it's ready for postal pick up. Then you'll see "Picked Up" once the Post office actually grabs it from the Forge. Lastly "In transit" once it's on its way to you!! Believe me, I know the wait feels like an eternity but it's also part of the excitement! I have 5 sabers coming to me and the anticipation is excruciating... but in a good way... IT GIVES ME FOCUS... MAKES ME STRONGER! (couldn't resist the Palaptine ode)  Any way, sit tight you're in good hands with SF. Worse case scenario purchase another one so you can spit your time obsessing between the 2

Thanks for the more detailed shipping info! I checked usps.com and it said pre shipment. It also says label was created August 5th and I have the tracking number as well

Use the tracking number to follow the order from the USPS site, sometimes Etsy doesn't change it's status to In Transit when it's actually being shipped.
