So, SF has a lot of sabers in its inventory, and a lot of those are based on something, designwise.
Now, i'm wondering Which one they're based on. I've got a couple figured out, but i'm curious to know about them all. If possible, can people add to the list?

Monarch is Galen Marek (Starkiller)'s first saber.

Resilient Reliant is Starkillers from the second game I believe, though I could be wrong.

Juggernaut is Darth Malgus (SWTOR).

Grandmaster is Satele Shan (SWTOR).

Yes, Bane is based on Darth Bane's hilt. Quite obvious from the name but it is a bit different from the books as I recall.

I do not know of any others that are based on any from canon or EU.

Think you might mean the Reliant?

Hi all,

Might be wrong but the Sorcerer I think is based on one half of Exar Kun's double ended Saber.

Also if you check out the thread created by Nausicaa on Saber designs and who they belong to it may help in your efforts.

Destiny is Jaina Solo
I may be wrong but I dont recall the Fury being anyones, as you have noted it to be
Pretty sure the Princess is supposed to be Leia, although I dont know myself
As For said, Sorcerer is Exar Kun
Reliant is TFU2 as mentioned
Monarch is TFU1 starkiller blade prior to it being lost and him using Kota's hilt as mentioned
Juggernaut is Malgus as mentioned
Grandmaster is Satele Shan as mentioned

Oh and the phoenix I believe is just an originial design inspired by ashokas hilt, as opposed to a near-replication like the Ka'Tano, so probably shouldnt be named as hers

All the rest as far as I know are original/inspired designs from sabers in general

Hi again,

Silver Knight - Imperial Knights of the Fel Empire (130 ABY) used most notably by Draco Antares in the Dark Horse Comics Legacy books.

Also, regarding original designs, I think I read somewhere (unless it's been archived) that a certain Mrs Isherwood designed the Black Lotus and it isn't based on any canon/non canon source.

Hi all,

Thanks TGA, here is another possible linked design. This is courtesy of fellow member MrBond who noted that the Chosen looks very much like the sabers carried by the Jedi Hunter character shown in the Force Awakens concept art book. Here is a link to the thread: Chosen in Force Awakens Art Book

You can decide if it is a match or not.

If you look, the templar is more Kylo than the Relic. The gladiator is another SWTOR design.

You might want to change the "Emerald Knight" to inspired. I love it, but it's not remotely based off a speeders' handle

Pretty sure the Bane is actually based on Dooku's saber. The two are much more similar than Darth Bane's.

It's kind of a combo of both, and very loosely based either way.

There's actually no "official" depiction of Bane's curved saber. He has a standard hilt (with a purple blade) in the 2001 "Jedi vs. Sith" comics, then in the trilogy it's rectonned in the story to a curved hilt that he got from Blademaster Kas'im in "Path of Destruction" (to better take advantage of the aggressive overhead strikes of Djem So), but then he's back to a standard hilt in the cover art of "Rule of Two" with no explanation.

Anyone know if the Archon is based off of something? It's a rather detailed design, so I figure it could be an EU saber that I forgot about.

I want to say it was Exar Kun's, before he built the saberstaff, but I'm honestly not sure.
