Hi Everyone, I just got my Dissident with the Champion upgrade on Wednesday night and I'm super impressed with it. But I am having some issues with the software. Most of the time when I plug it in the software will start but then pause and then restart it will do this loop for a while then it will finally give me a crash notification. Sometimes it will do the boot loop thing and then get to the editor screen but when I try and go to the settings it will give me an error message (I'll include that below). I did try running the software with my saber on my neighbors computer and it worked fine, I even used the same software. Here is a link to my dropbox where I put some pics and videos of whats going on plus a few of my saber.
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ox4d9hsp1fejycl/AAAbMT9iycdWiBTyum7pMFjoa?dl=0

Here are the details from the error message that I get when try to go to the settings:

"See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box."

I am running Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) and as far as I can tell I have the latest version of the .NET framework. My computer is around 8 years old. So its not really fast but I didn't think this would be a resource hog. It was my old Home theater machine. I've switched to Apple so this is the only PC in my home. Any help would be awesome!

Update:
I finally got it working, when I start the software I also have the task manager running. Once I see the Sabercore on there I switch over to the details tab. I right click the Sabercore and set the priority to high. Once I do that it all runs. Just thought I'd let you know.
Thanks

It may be that you have a lot of programs running in the background...check msconfig to see whats running and try and turn some un-needed ones off, to save on resources.
That way you may not need to refer to taskmanager
Just a thought

Hey neat! Was Sabercore was written as a Mono app? I wouldn't have guessed that from the screenshots.

The stuff you pasted there suggests a thread starved when it tried to show that settings dialog. I guess that makes sense if you told the app to run with a higher priority that it seemed to work for you.

Freaky. You have my sympathies.
