This hub covers what each color stands for, which sabers show it well, and how to pick a color that suits you.

Black Lightsaber: The Darksaber and Black Blades Explained
The only black lightsaber in canon is the Darksaber, an ancient Mandalorian blade with a black core and a bright white edge. It was made by Tarre Vizsla and passes to whoever wins it in combat. No other black blade is known, and a real replica cannot be truly black.
Color guideLightsaber Colors and What They Mean: Canon vs Legends
Lightsaber colors come from the kyber crystal inside the hilt. Blue and green are the common Jedi colors, red marks a corrupted crystal, and purple, yellow, white, orange and black are rarer. In canon, color has no fixed rule. Most 'meanings' come from Legends or fans.
